Getting On Track

I've been planning on starting this blog for months. It just never happened. I gave myself one excuse after another. Somehow, that is the same problem my diet and exercise plan have. I've been eating better most of the time, but then I eat more ice cream than I should. I exercise as scheduled until a little Thanksgiving holiday gets in the way. Just another excuse. Since I didn't want to wait until the New Year to get on track, I had to commit myself to the plan, NOW!! And this blog is part of the plan. I'm blessed to be in good health and to be able to workout as I should. I can't take that for granted and I need to make sure I do what I can to keep on the path. I'm going to continue to need motivation throughout the journey and the fact that today was a success can serve as motivation for tomorrow.
