I had a great start to my day yesterday. I went to the gym before work and arrived at work a little early than normal. The spinning class wasn't particularly hard. I wonder if it was easier than normal or if I'm adjusting to it. Doing the abs work and push ups was good as well. Even though I got out of the gym and to work in record time, it seemed that within the first hour I was already behind schedule. I manage to crank out some work and get most of the items on my list done. I ended the day with grocery shopping and eating dinner before I crashed. I'm planning on having another great day today.
