A Simple Daily Practice

Matthew 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

When the day is busy, it is easy to get carried away with one thing after the next and not look up before the end of the day.  I need to take a moment in every day and thank God for the day and all of my blessings.  Writing 5 blessings on a list shouldn't be too much to ask, though sometimes the day goes by without getting the words on paper.  If I truly put God first, my days should be organized to make sure I take the time to honor God...each and every day. This is easy to say and an important practice and habit to build.

I just want to say thank you to the blog. I find that people do not understand the struggle but often have the answer.
