I've been working non-stop all day.  I can't believe that I haven't left the office yet.  Actually, I can believe and I simply have to go.  I did get a good amount done today and there is still more for me to do for tomorrow.  With all of that activity my exercise plan got pushed to the side.  Now, I have to get myself in gear to get it done before I go to sleep tonight. 

I'm really counting my blessings that I've been able to push this body and keep it going.  I do need to do my part and keep working out.  When I haven't done all that I should, I know that God has been helping me along the way.  It is not just working out.  It is everything.  There are so many small things that get taken for granted that are actually so very important.  If I work on the small things I can, God's help will advance me even more.
