Be Ready
Ephesians 6:10-11 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.

How should you get ready? Start the day with prayer and the Word. As you prepare your daily diet, being ready may mean deciding what to eat in advance and taking something with you for moments when you are suddenly without healthy options. Fruit is a great choice that travels well. Nutrition bars can be another good option. You do want to read the label before purchasing. A bar without valuable nutrition is simply a dressed up candy bar. Look for one with protein and fiber. Protein and fiber are necessary parts of your diet and will help you fill satisfied longer than those without. Think of the bar as a part of your daily intake, rather than an extra.
