Psalm 55:22 Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall.

It is so easy to caught up in stuff, trying to make things happen and working on getting task done.  We sometimes need to take a simple moment, reflect and re-center ourselves.  God is with us with every breadth.  When the pace of life gets intense, slow down for a short break, take a deep breadth in slowly release it all the air.  Release and focus your vision to a far off spot in an effort to relax your eyes.  If you have time for more, you can do a stretch.  If there is no more time, your few minutes will help you through the rest of the day.  Make it a great one.
