The water issue is over.  Well, almost over.  The pipe is now fixed and hot water is back.  Yeah!!  I do need to find someone to install insulation and do a little dry wall.  Looking at it now, this is truly minor.  Focusing immediate attention on the problem means now I only have some minor maintenance remaining. 

Perhaps if I have paid closer attention to the fact that I gained 5 pounds, I wouldn't have to focus on losing even more.  I do hide it well even though, I'm not trying to hide anything.  My goal is to actually be in even better shape and look exactly like I am in better shape.

In the meantime, I know that I'm paying attention today to the things that need attention.  The first is for me to seek his kingdom.  I am a witness to my difficulties becoming a thing of the past.  This will continue.

Oh yeah, I did manage to workout today.  Not as much as I had planned, but I did do it.  Another item high on the list has been checked off.
