1 Peter 4:11 If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.

Can you believe it?  Barack Obama is officially our president.  Really, I was slow in believing that it was possible.  I didn't have mustard seed faith at the start of his race.  Now that he's in the race to lead the country and the world to higher ground, my mustard seed faith has grown, the roots have reached down below and the branches are stretching high above. 

I stood there in the crowd of millions listening to his voice, meditating on his words.  To me, he seemed to be drawing on the strength that God provides and setting a righteous path for us to follow. Our challenge is to serve with the strength of God.  It was a motivating message.  The key is to do more than simply feel warm and fuzzy, we must act.  Change is come to America and we are that change.  What will we do next?  How will we live our faith? I'm working on big plans to serve with strength.  The big plans start small and will continue to grow as I move forward along with the growth of my faith.
