Diet Gone Wrong
I woke up Monday morning and put on a pair of pants that I've worn within the last two weeks. They felt a little tighter than the did before. I considered keeping them on all day and then I decided that I didn't want to be uncomfortable every moment of my day. Looking down at myself, I thought I could tell that my lower abs were bulging just a bit more. Then again, it could have been my imagination. The fact that I couldn't take in a full breadth without thinking my pants were going to bust open wasn't an illusion. It really didn't feel good. So, I pulled on another looser pair and went about my day.
I needed to analyze what I've been doing. I have been exercising regularly. Of course, I could exercise more. I'm not really doing a biggest loser routine every day. Increasing my frequency, intensity and duration has recently been a plan of mine. However, I really haven't made any significant progress in that area. What is really so hard about working out more often, harder and longer? Must be something, I haven't done it yet. Exercise is important for any weight loss plan and a general healthy lifestyle.
Clearly, exercise alone is not enough for significant weight loss. At least when I've been able to maintain my weight at levels that I appreciated, I've had a diet that supported my plan. It is not really about being on a specific diet, rather it is recognizing that whatever I am eating is important. Sometimes, I can switch from a weight-loss or maintenance diet to a weight-gaining diet. Clearly, the excess food and calories I've been eating have added up. I need to change that immediately. I'm considering it done.
Better eating and more exercising are happening...now! Next week, those pants will feel better.

While out of commission for awhile, every now and then i would just say no.I always would say i am involved with the gospel fitness challenge. It has helped me a whole lot.I am also training myself to fixing the problem, and leaving the blame alone.Good luck on your part. You have a lot of power, put it to work for you.Work smarter not harder.Working harder can most times have you working up an appetite. You compete against yourself and i will bet that the both of you will do a wonderful job.
