Do You Eat Your Weight in Sugar?

The average American eats 156 pounds of sugar a year!  We all need a sugar reduction plan.  This sugar is increasing heart disease.  Get Ready for Sugar Reduction Monday!  (Even if you're like me and thinking about chocolate right now. I can be alert and self controlled. 1 Thessalonians 5:6 So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be alert and self-controlled.)
