Lent is the forty day period before Easter excluding Sundays.  Each Sunday we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus.  Some allow themselves to indulge in whatever they have given up during Lent.  Typically, this is some food or drink item.

Because it is Sunday, most spend time in worship at church.  Hopefully, we've gotten a good word and have been inspired.  Our celebration should encourage us even through our sacrifice.  After all, Jesus gave the ultimate sacrifice that leads us to eternal celebration.  

Each Sunday can become a time to recommit that day for the week to follow.  While we have said we were going to do some things, we can continue on the path and if we've stepped off we can get back on,  This focus of this season should help to continue to transform throughout the year.  Our Divine Health will help us complete a Divine Work
