15 Days to An Amazing Christmas
Luke 2:20 The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.
What God has promised it true! We are truly blessed. God sent his only son to the world to be our Savior and to give us life more abundantly. It is amazing! Have we fully embraced this? Are we looking forward to our future as those saved by Jesus?
I sat in church today and listened to my pastor ask similar questions. While I think I'm doing pretty well, I think I could be doing better. An amazing Christmas is around the corner. I need to prepare not just for the celebration, but focus on the meaning and how it should look in my life.
Really, we are all challenged. The question to face with each challenge is do we approach our challenge knowing that God is with us? Do we count on the victory? Do we know that God never fails and delivers on His promise. The birth of Jesus is the evidence of God's commitment. As we share in the Christmas time, remember this is so amazing and we can live amazing lives. Praise the Lord! The Christ child is born!
